Glast Heim. o i love stories

Glast Heim

1,000 years ago Glast Heim was the capital of the Rune kingdom, which spanned half of the continent, living alongside the sister kingdom of Midgard. They had very good relations with the elves. The Humans of Glast Heim and the Elves, (whose capital of Tralu-ra-dal was neighboring) had healthy trade relations and an eventual friendship. The Elves built the ancient city Geffenia, and even opened a magic school in order to teach the humans. The problem came when Geffenia Tower was erected, the Elvish elders opted to place their most ancient and dangerous relics in the depths of this tower, the King of Glast Heim, a man whose name is lost in the depths of time, knew of this full well. The human king desired power, power the Elvish elders would not provide, as the powers locked within the tower were the same that had created the Dark Elves, whom had long since ceased to exist. He sent his assassins to sneak into the tower, stealing a sacred tome from the depths of Geffenia Tower. When the King opened and read that ancient tome a dark power washed over the Kingdom, damning every soul inside to an endless torment. Now a kingdom of demons, they attacked Tralu-ra-dal, decimating their population, lead by a king known now only as The Dark Lord they then turned their sights to Geffenia. The Elves erected the magical barrier over Glast Heim, and the denizens of that horrible city were not seen for 1,000 years. After the barrier was constructed, the Elves simply disappeared from Rune, every last one of them sailing off to distant lands. There were rumours and speculations that some remained to observe the humans, but such flights of fancy all but faded from memory after a century. With the capitol now practically wiped from the face of the continent, the population of Rune entered a period of political upheaval. The sister kingdom, Midgard, offered them the stability and security the cities needed after the ravaged of the Elven-Demon war. Even Geffenia, rebuilt by the humans as the city of Geffen, was offered up to the monarchy, and all emerged as cities of the present-day kingdom of Midgard.

Pre-Cullings

After many centuries of prosperous trade in harmony with the natural surroundings, Midgard came under the rule of Kadamos XXII, and life would be changed forever. A ruthless expansionist, Kadamos sent out scouts into the thick uncharted Western Woods. The vast, untamed wilderness had long since been home to many strange creatures known to humans, the most powerful of whom being the proud Orc race. However, what the scouts reported back sent the entire continent on edge.The Orcs had enslaved their primitive neighbours, the Goblins and the Kobolds, and were preparing for war. Fourty years ago, Kadamos struck first. Assembling the largest war party in Midgard's history, Kadamos sent his troops into the Western Woods, and slaughtered the Orcs. Over 90% of the Orcish population was extinguished in a single precision strike. That operation became known as the Orc Crusades.

The Cullings

Ten years ago, the barrier around Glast Heim inexplicably fell. The Orcs were still suffering from the slaughter thirty years prior, and the omnipotent Dark Lord would prove to be the ideal ally.This alliance of Orcs, their slave races, and the Glast Heim demons planned a precision attack on all the human cities in the continent. They struck the cities within hours of one another, catching the humans completely off guard. The townspeople fought bravely, and many civilians were able to flee to St. Capitolina, a remote abbey that had escaped the notice of Orcish scouts.The war was taxing on both sides, and the invading forces soon began to dwindle. They left towns in ruins, and eventually the remnants of the invading forces converged on Prontera, the one city that still resisted, while a secondary force advanced on St. Capitolina. However, just as quickly as the invasion began, it ended. The demons simply returned to Glast Heim, and the Orcs to their home in the Western Wood. The ravages of the Cullings had wiped out 90% of the human population, a fitting revenge for the horrors of thirty years past. The Western Woods had also been decimated by the Orcish War Machine, and much of it had been torn down for lumber. No longer a lush and unchartable forest, it is easily navigable even to the most amateur explorers.Those that fought in the war refer to it as "the Cullings". However, refugees and those who read of it in the history books remember it as "the Demon Crusades".

Post-Cullings

Midgard enjoyed a decade of relative security. After the Orcs and Demons retreated, the human race was too badly damaged to launch a counterattack, and it was concluded, however tentatively, that they were at peace. Shortly after the end of the Cullings, the elves returned to Midgard, timed almost perfectly with the death of King Kadamos XXII. The elves offered the financial and military assistance the humans sorely needed to rebuild their shattered empire, but shied away from the harsh political upheaval that resulted as Kadamos XXIII rose to power. He expelled the entire infrastructure of aides and ministers his father had appointed, replacing them with a single man. Many heroes of the Demon Crusades, including Zylthis Savonti and the surviving Dream Chasers, spoke out against the new king and the circumstances surrounding his death, but the 'truths' they spoke of were quickly suppressed and have since been lost. Savonti disappeared, and many other opponents of the new crown were either arrested or went into hiding. A martial law was quickly established to prevent the monarchy from attack in this 'state of emergency' that remains intact to this day. Even verbal dissent of the crown is an offense punishable by imprisonment.

Recent History

Midgard enjoyed ten years of relative peace. While the denizens of Glast Heim viciously defended their homestead against explorers, a demon outside of the deepest of dungeons was almost unheard of. However, all of that changed during the tournament, marking the tenth year anniversary of the 'victory' in the demon crusades. Matthew Silverburg, one of the most respected guardsmen in Prontera, revealed himself to be none other than Zylthis Savonti, who took the opportunity to denounce the king before ushering in the first invasion of Orcs into the city since the Cullings.The attacks continued sporadically, and seemingly at random. It was clear the demonic forces could have advanced at any moment, but they relented, as if enjoying the fear and uncertainty that ran rampant through the citizens.Using the Pronteran Guard's ineptitude during the invasions as her major platform, Vergeh Liska rose to power in Alberta. Soon after, Alberta seceded from the monarchy, but maintains its preexisting trade relations. Alberta is now a free state, embracing public discussions, rather than relying on martial law to keep its citizens in line.

Yep that's right! I am playing pRO (philippine ragnarok online) again!

I was convinced by my friend to play again and I learned pRO has athe

latest version so I want to play because I want to try the extended jobs

and I will create a Gunslinger first. What i think abaout this job is it is like

a combination of a hunter and an assasin. the basic build is pure DEX with AGI.

well anyways, I'm just telling and not discussing lol. I'm looking forward on my progress

I still dont have the abs part, and the belt.

I dont know if I can make it. I still have school works.

So many things that bugs me. If I can just stop the

I was invited to join a cosplay group

and I immedietly approved without thinking

because I really want to cosplay as a group

which i never experienced yet. The character

that was assigned to me was Potemkin from

guilty gear since I am a big guy after all so

that is ok. what I have not realized is what

kind of materials that I will use and how to

construct the costume. as you can see, I

cannot go half naked so i must consider doing the muscular

body as well. I dont know how to do it in the first place lol.

But i gave my word and I should not back out. so I will

ask God or any body who can help me. I wish i can really

make the costume as neatly as possibe. This will be

use on the 13th of September and time is running out

and i have done nothing yet aside from school works.

man wish me luck or perhaps a miracle.

but one thing is for sure, I will go cosplaying on Cosmania !

Mrs. Corazon Aquino is world-renowned advocate of democracy, peace, women's empowerment, and religious piety. She served as the 11th president of the Philippines from 1986 to 1992. She was the first female president of the Philippines and was Asia's first female president.
She is a humble servant of the Filipinos and a great mother to her family.

May her soul rest in peace and be with God forever together with her husband ninoy. The people of the philippines will not forget you and from now and beyond the next generations. she will be a symbol of democracy, peace and liberty in our country forever in the history. we will pray for you and will never forget you and you have sacrificed for our people. thank you very much tita Cory, the People of the Phillipines are crying for a loss of a hero.

Update:

I have been to the public viewing of her at the De Lasalle greenhills 1:00 am with my mother and little sister. while on the way there, i thought there will be a super heavy traffic and a lot of people outside the place. when we arived, the number of people is not that heavy and the line is fast and we got inside the gymnasium in no time. Media men are all over the place and some familiar faces that you can only see on television like boy abunda and sen. noynoy aquino.when i saw Cory lying in her casket like she is just sleeping. and i cant also believe that i am seeing personaly the person who is behind the people's power revolution and put Marcos administration on it's knees. I did not bring my camera, I'm afraid that the security guards may confiscate it. Well at least I have been there to see a hero known of all over the world.

Sa panahon na ito, maraming tao na ang gustong sumigaw at ihayag ang lahat ng nakikita nilasa paligid. Mga mapamulat matang mga impormasyon na ipinakakalat sa publiko laban sa lahat ng uri ng katiwalian sa bansang ito. Ang iba ay dinadaan sa mga rally at graffiti at karamihan naman ay naghahayag ng mga opinion at batikos sa internet. Tila bumabalik ang panahon na unti-unting minumulat ang mata ng publiko lalo na ang mga masa sa mga baluktot na gawain ng ating kapwa tulad ng pag mulat ni Jose Rizal sa mg pilipino noong panahon ng Kastila.

Isa na dito si Even Demata. ginagamit niya ang Youtube upang maipamahagi niya ang kanyang mga opnion sa mga katiwalian sa pilipinas. unti-unting may mga nkkakilala sa kanya at kahit sa eatbulaga ay na special mention siya ng Joey de Leon. Makikita sa kanang mga videos sa Youtube ang mga maling bagay at kadayaan na makikita sa ating pamahalaan at lalo na sa programang Wowowee sa ABS-CBN. Hindi ko rin alam kung bakit ganun na lang ang galit niya sa wowowee pero pinapakita naman iya ang mga bagay na dapat baguhin ng programa. may mga feedbacks siyang natatangap na kampi sa mga pahayag niya at meron din namang hindi. kayo na ang maghusga.

Masarap kumain sa mga fast food chain tulad ng jollibee, tropical, kfc, at Mcdo.
Mula noon, hindi sila katulad ng spaghetti na pababa nang pabababa dahil pataas nang pataas ang presyo ng kanilang produkto dhil daw sa pataas din ang resources. pero hindi naman lagi tumataas ang resources tulad ng gasolina, in fact malaki ang baba ng price nito compare last year (2008) na weekly nagtataas kasama ang bigas at iflation rate. sa panahon na yon nagtaasan ang lahat ng bilihin kabilang ang fast foods chains. pero bag omag end ang year ay bumababa na din ang prices ng resources ngunit ang mga fast food chain tulad ng McDo ay hindi nag bababa ng price kahit piso at parang pataas pa ito.

Naisip ko ito sa kadahilanang kumain ako sa Mcdo Espana Manila kanina. Bumili ako ng isang meal na cheeseburger with fries & drinks na pina large lang. inabot ko ay P100 peso bill at ang sukli ko ay P1 coin. O di ba nakakatanga. ganun na lang pala ang mararating ng P100 mo. sana sa mas maayos na na kainan o restaurant ka na lang kumain ay mas ok pa. hindi kasi reasonable ang price. Tapos nung kinain ko na ang nasabing pagkain ay parang kumain ka lang ng cotton candy. yun tipong pagkagat ko tapos parang natunaw lang. Parang ayaw ko nang kumain don.

sana may makabasang opisyal ng mcdo phlippines sa post ko na to. nagrereflect kasi ang gobyerno sa mga ganitong bagay. this country is very unfair.

I am curently doing school works and it is really giving me a hard time.

This project is only for a single subject and i already did only 50% of it.

i dont know if i can beat the deadline. i cant work consistently at my home

because i should do house chores even i really need time to do school work.

Now i know that having a laptop or a mac book is a necessity. i really wish

that i have an extra income.....what should i sell? hmmm.

any way my i am very stressed and i cant sleep because if this school work and

my room right now is a complete mess. I really wish i can finish soon.

nung araw ng longest solar eclipse in the century (sabi nila)

ay nasakyan ko ang pinaka malas na jeep pauwi from school.

hindi lang ako ang minalas kundi lahat halos ng pasahero sa loob.

iba ibang klase ang kamalasang natamo namin.

ang natamo kong kamalasan ay magaan lang. natisod lang ako sa

kahon na nakaharang sa daan sa loob ng jeep ng isa pang pasahero.

ok lang, may poise parin ako. nag sorry naman un may ari ng kahon at

kinarga na lamang nya ang kahon. ang takbo ng aming jeep na nasakyan ay parang

space shuttle sa enchanted kingdom, maraming beses muntikan nang mabanga.

sa daan, tatlong scenario ng banggaan ang nasalubong namin. lahat grabe. may mga nag aaway

at iba pa. mainitin pa ang ulo nung malas na driver ng malas na jeep.

limang pasahero ang lumagpas sa bababaan nila, dalawa sa kanila halos isang kilometro ang

lagpas dahil bago lang ata sila sa maynila ( ung may ari ng kahon and company )

tapos yung magboypren nag mamadaling bumaba ng jeep, naiwan nung lalaki ung nokia nseries

nya. kinuha nung mamang mukhang di mapagkakatiwalaan. well di ko na kinibo dahil gustong

gusto ko nang bumabasa jeep na yon. haaays buti na lang tisod lang nagyari sakin.

i cant believe that im in collage now........

i know this means more hard works

what i like in in my new department is that CFAD are

different from other colleges in uste.....

i also noticed that more CFAD students like to

have a more like japanese hairdew......

other girls doesnt usualy wear their slocks......

some wear mini skirts and some wear what

they want to wear...........

i have now my new friends in uste...........

another thing that i experienced is that i am still a mideocre

in our field in drawings............

Red Blade Mode (Pitfight mode)

Beat all missions to unlock.

Red Blade Mode (Pitfight mode) - Fight against all bosses

Beat all stages to unlock the boss fight stage. If you beat Juzo and still have more than 23 minutes left, you will fight against 2 Ayames. If you beat them, you unlock Ayame's Tenchu: Stealth Assassin and Tenchu 2: Birth of the Stealth Assassins costume.

Additional Costumes

There are 3 additional costumes for Ayame and 1 for Rin. Beat the game to unlock Ayame's Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven costume and Rin's hidden costume.

To unlock Ayame's Tenchu: Stealth Assassin and Tenchu 2: Birth of the Stealth Assassins costumes you have 2 possibilities.

1. Collect more than 1600 scrolls together with Rin and Ayame ( for example if you collect 801 scrolls with Rin and 800 scrolls with Ayame this ads up to 1601 and unlocks the costumes).

2. Beat all bosses in the Red Blade Mode with more than 23 minutes left. Two Ayame's will fight you afterwards. If you beat them the costumes are unlocked.

Rin's hidden weapon

Rin's claws are hidden in mission 8 (A Task without reward). Cross the bridge and walk left until you reach the fence's corner.

Ayame's hidden weapon

Ayame's poisoned blades (Oboro) are hidden in the missions 7.1 (A Sister's Promise) and 7.2 (For Whom the Bell Tolls). They can be found near the end of the missions.

Ninja Rebirth

Play the entire tutorial to unlock this item.

Play the tutorial as Ayame

Highlight tutorial, hold L1 and press X.

Cutscenes with armor

In the encyclopedia menu, highlight cutscenes, hold L2 and press X.
NOTE: First you have to unlock Ayame & Rin's armor.

Defeat Tatsukichi with one hit

Run up to Tatsukichi and press circle.
